Cristine Coen is a Registered Dietitian and Fitness Specialist whose mission is to empower people to re-discover their inner strength through lifting weights in the gym. For the last 10 years, Christine has counseled individuals on nutrition and fitness to achieve physical and mental transformations inside and outside the gym. Her services include One-on-One Personal Training, Online Fitness and Nutrition Coaching with clients whose goals range from losing 10-50 lbs of body fat, building a strong and muscular physique, to increasing endurance in ballroom dancing, learning to manage an autoimmune disease, and even building a booty (yes, this is a common one!). Christine regularly holds seminars for corporations and co-working spaces on Stress & Hormones, Gut Health and Inflammation, and Healthy Nutrition Hacks for Eating Out.
A mental health warrior, Christine’s own struggle with depression and anxiety in her early 20’s allowed her to realize the powerful connection between exercise and mental health. She used movement and nutrition to conquer her own mental health and is now dedicated to educating, empowering, and inspiring others to do the same.
